Miles is responsible for the financial reporting, budget monitoring and operational performance of select assets within the HVPG portfolio. Prior to joining HVPG, Miles was an asset manager with Slate Property Group overseeing a portfolio of multifamily mixed-use and transitional housing properties in NYC. Prior to Slate, Miles worked as an asset manager for Akelius Real Estate Management, an international residential real estate company, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily assets in NYC. Miles has an MS in Real Estate Development from NYU and a BA in Political Science from Wheaton College in Massachusetts.
