Fredy joined HVPG in 2021 and is a fund accounting manager responsible for managing accounting and financial reporting. Prior to joining HVPG, he was the controller at AshmoreAVENIDA, a Latin America-based private equity real estate firm, where he was responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting of the firm’s corporate and various real estate portfolios held in emerging markets. Fredy brings experience in financial statement audits, analysis, and investor reporting. Prior to that, he worked at Normandy Real Estate Partners, where he focused on administering funds, co-investments, and investor reporting. Fredy attended Berkeley College and holds a BS in Business Administration-Accounting.
