We’re thrilled to share that HVPG has ranked #2 among companies completing acquisitions and #26 among affordable housing owners in Affordable Housing Finance‘s 2024 AHF 50 list.
The “Affordable Housing Owners” list ranks the top 50 firms in the U.S. by units owned, while the “Companies Completing Acquisitions” list highlights the 10 firms that acquired the most affordable housing units in 2024.
This recognition caps off a landmark year for HVPG. In 2024, we expanded into the western United States with the acquisition of a 22-property portfolio comprising 4,768 units with strong footholds in the in the Denver, Seattle and Spokane metro areas. We also continued to enhance the services offered across our entire portfolio to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of living.
