Sheffin is responsible for analyzing HVPG property acquisition and investment opportunities. In his role, he develops business plans to create value for both local communities and investors. He has diverse experiences in the real estate field spanning private investment, government, and non-profit settings. Sheffin is also an adjunct faculty member at New York University where he teaches affordable housing finance. Sheffin holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s from Cornell University.
