Shannon organizes and implements office procedures for the Hudson Valley Property Group. She ensures a high level of organizational effectiveness, communication and support for the senior staff of the firm. Prior to HVPG, Shannon worked as an office manager and renovation consultant for private and non-profit property management companies that specialized in affordable housing. Before transitioning to housing she worked in medical research administration as a Regulatory Coordinator for major NYC hospitals. Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Organization and Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
