Ryan joined HVPG in 2022 and is responsible for analyzing potential property acquisitions and investments. Prior to joining HVPG, Ryan was an Underwriting Analyst with The Community Preservation Corporation focusing on the underwriting and closing of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae affordable multifamily mortgage transactions. Ryan received a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University, Newark.
