Paul McDade

Paul will be responsible for financial reporting, budget monitoring and asset performance for select assets in HVPG’s portfolio. He joins HVPG from Fairstead, where he oversaw a national portfolio of 5,000 multifamily units and managed acquisitions efforts. Prior to Fairstead, he worked as a senior associate at Capright, an international commercial real estate advisory firm. Mr. McDade holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
