Laura is a Portfolio Manager at HVPG, monitoring, analyzing and maximizing the performance and value of its assets. Prior to joining HVPG, Laura was a Portfolio Manager in KeyBankâs Community Development Lending department, one of the largest affordable housing lenders in the U.S, where she was responsible for underwriting debt for affordable housing loans. Prior to that she was a Real Estate Analyst at Novogradac & Company writing market studies, appraisals, rent comparability studies and reasonableness opinions for affordable housing projects across the country. Laura received a BS from The University of Dayton.
