Jeff, an Asset Manager, joined HVPG in 2021 and is responsible for the Fund’s asset management, budget monitoring and financial and operational performance. Jeffrey has managed various property types ranging from commercial, industrial, to market rate, as well as affordable housing and LIHTC. Prior to HVPG, Jeff’s keen interest in real estate brought him to New York’s Capital Region to serve the Mayor of Albany in the Building Department. From there, Jeff transitioned to the New York City Economic Development Corporation serving as an Assistant Vice President of asset management where he managed 16M+ SF, overseeing $500M+ in re-development and capital improvements. Jeff is a native New Yorker, a former Division 1 athlete, and has a BS in Business Administration and Management from Iona College. He attended New York University’s School of Professional studies, studying Real Estate Finance in 2019.
