James joined HVPG in 2020 and works as a Senior Acquisitions Manager. Prior to joining HVPG James was an Investment Manager with Bizzi & Partners Development, where he was responsible for underwriting, equity and debt sourcing, market researching and managing acquisition and development of real estate investments worth over $2 billion. Prior to that he was an Acquisitions Associate with the Jonathan Rose Companies, where he was responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and closing of LIHTC projects and a large Section 8 housing portfolio transaction. James holds a B.S. in Economics and Master’s Degree in International Economics and Finance with a Real Estate Specialization from Brandeis University.
