Jake joined HVPG in 2022 and is responsible for analyzing potential property acquisitions and investments. Before joining HVPG, Jake worked at RAL Companies & Affiliates LLC as an Analyst where he was responsible for the underwriting and acquisition of new development sites, and managing assets held by the company. Jake holds a B.S. in Finance specializing in Real Estate from Lehigh University.
