Hayley is responsible for optimizing the fund’s performance, financial reporting, budget monitoring and coordinating efforts of operations and financial management. Prior to joining HVPG, Hayley was an asset manager with Lincoln Avenue Capital, an affordable housing investment firm based in Los Angeles which manages over 10,000 units, and prior to that was an associate with LaSalle Investment Management. Hayley holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she graduated cum laude with honors.
