George joined HVPG 2022 as a Senior Project Manager on the Design and Construction Team. George assists in the physical evaluation of potential acquisitions and in the selection of professionals and vendors for renovation projects. Additionally, he reviews third-party reports, helps provides oversight of junior staff, and leads the completion of projects during active rehabilitation. Prior to joining HVPG, George was a Project Manager at Fairstead working on multiple projects throughout Florida, Kentucky, and Ohio. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Project Manager with STV Incorporated and worked in construction management roles at JFK Airport, One World Trade Center, and LaGuardia Airport. George holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and a MS in Construction Management from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Additionally, he is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and a LEED Green Associate.
