Danielle joined HVPG in 2024 as the Associate Director of Asset Management and is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Firm’s stabilized portfolio. Prior to HVPG, Danielle served as VP of Asset Management at Olive Tree Holdings, where she managed the AM department and oversaw a portfolio of 10,000 multifamily units. Her expertise extends to LIHTC and Historic Tax Credits, garnered from her roles at RPM Development and Antheus Capital. Danielle holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University in Israel, a BS in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University, and a BA in History from the Jewish Theological Seminary. Alongside her commitments at HVPG, Danielle currently holds the positions of President and Director at Israel Opportunity Energy LLC and was recognized as one of Crain’s New York Business’ Notable Leaders in Real Estate for 2023.
