Chris is responsible for leading HVPG’s underwriting and diligence on all potential acquisitions and investments as Director of HVPG’s Acquisitions team. At HVPG, he has led the investment of over $300 million in equity to date, comprising $1.2 billion in total investments and 6,500 units. Prior to joining HVPG, Chris was a mortgage officer and agency lending program manager for Community Preservation Corporation, leading the Freddie Mac Conventional and Targeted Affordable loan production team. In addition, Chris started CPC’s FHA lending program, building the infrastructure to structure, underwrite, process and close loans through this channel. Chris previously worked for Love Funding as both an FHA mortgage originator and underwriter. Chris holds a BA in economics from Kenyon College, and an MA in Economics from Miami University.
