Brittany is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for Hudson Valley Property Group’s global portfolio. She works with the team to ensure the success of the firm in efficiently meeting reporting requirements, complying with industry standards and supporting senior management in achieving strategic initiatives. Before joining HVPG, Brittany worked for an $11B multi-national real estate investment management and advisory firm, where she specialized in corporate accounting. Prior to that, she worked administering several real estate funds and co-investments. She brings to HVPG her expertise in the areas of financial statement audits, financial planning and analysis, regulatory and compliance matters, internal control implementation and business process re-engineering. She is an all-around leader and problem resolutions expert with a vast knowledge in real estate business affairs. Brittany received an BS in Business Administration – Accounting at the Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University. She is the leader of the Manhattan chapter of Lean In – Executive Women of Color, a professional network which strives to support and empower women pursuing executive roles in real estate and other non-traditional spaces.
