Anna Perez is a licensed architect and holds a Bachelors of Architecture and Planning from the Catholic University of America and a Certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University. She has extensive experience in the design, documentation and renovation of multifamily apartment buildings in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. Anna has worked on projects funded through PHFA, NJHMFA and HUD, and has utilized Fair Housing Design Guidelines, Active Design Guidelines, Enterprise Green Communities and LEED. In her spare time she enjoys working on home interior design projects, which have been featured in GRID Magazine, Minnow Lane and EDMM Studio.
