Russell is a Senior Assistant Project Manager on the Design and Construction Team at HVPG focusing on initial property assessment and development. Prior to joining HVPG, Russell worked for Plaza Construction, LLC as the Assistant Superintendent at the River Club in Yonkers, NY and the Tin Building in New York, NY. Prior to that he was an Assistant Project Manager AIMCO and an Assistant Project Manager and Field Engineer at W&W Steel Erectors working on the Hudson Yards Project. Russell holds a BS in Construction Management from the Drexel University College of Engineering.
