Matt works as an in-house consultant for Hudson Valley Property Group’s tax credit redevelopment projects. He is also a founder and partner at Audubon Enterprises based in Washington D.C., and has closed dozens of municipally supported transactions sourcing more than $500 million for development financing of 2,000+ apartments. Additionally Mr. Sislen has financed 10+ public charter school transactions creating or improving 1,000+ seats in high-quality learning environments. Matt previously served as Vice President of Real Estate and Chief Financial Officer at Dantes Partners, and also worked at The Reznick Group (now CohnReznick). He holds an MBA in international finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona, and a BS in Management from Tulane University in New Orleans. Mr. Sislen has worked in various capacities within real estate finance for more than ten (10) years. He is fluent in Spanish and serves on the Board of Directors of the Latin American Youth Center, a DC based non-profit which caters to the needs of at-risk youth in the Washington, DC area. Mr. Sislen also serves on the Leadership Council of Miriam’s Kitchen, a DC based non-profit focused on ending chronic homelessness in the District of Columbia.
