Kristin Koch

Kristin Koch serves as Managing Director and Head of Capital Raising at HVPG, where she leads the firm’s capital formation strategy and is responsible for sourcing and structuring equity partnerships, cultivating relationships with institutional and private investors, and aligning capital with the firm’s mission-driven investment platform. Prior to joining HVPG, Kristin served as Managing Director of Investor Relations at Jonathan Rose Companies, where she helped raise more than $1.4B for the firm’s affordable housing real estate strategies. Earlier in her career, Kristin served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Solus Alternative Asset Management (formerly Stanfield Capital Partners), a hedge fund manager. Kristin received a B.S. in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University.
